What makes a job a "dream job" and how do we design it for ourselves? Hear from five professional women at various career stages who are designing their “dream jobs” step by step. They will share their methods for identifying what a "dream job" looks like, finding the gaps along the way and their strategies for turning acceptable jobs into an exceptional career.

This is your chance to have a conversation with young women with an interest in a career in maritime, logistics and related fields. Our panel of Gen-Zers can provide answers on what factors are most attractive when thinking about their careers, what would make them choose one company over another, benefits and perks that work and whatever else is on your mind.

A Stressie Wellness Experience for Women in Breakbulk

After a morning centered around finding, creating, and living the  dream in logistics, Stressie will close the Women in Breakbulk Breakfast with an interactive wellness experience designed to help attendees turn the conversation inward.

Because sometimes finding the dream role starts with giving ourselves enough space to ask: What do I actually want?

Through guided movement, breath, creative reflection and connection, attendees will explore what they want more of in their careers, their lives and the industry they are helping shape.

Each guest will receive a paper reflection mat at their seat where they can write, draw, doodle and dream throughout the experience. The session culminates with each woman adding one intention to the collaborative Women in Breakbulk Dream Wall, creating a visual representation of where the women of the industry want to go next.
