Clara McVille is Chief Commercial Officer of Pro Box Inc., a global supplier of shipper-owned containers, where she leads commercial strategy, business development, and customer relationships across a growing global network. With more than 13 years of professional experience in the container and logistics industry, Clara’s connection to the business began long before her career—growing up around her father’s container company and learning the operational and commercial sides of the industry from an early age.

Before stepping into her current leadership role, Clara built a strong sales foundation across multiple industries, including commercial energy, where door-to-door sales taught her lasting lessons in communication, persistence, and relationship building.

Her interest in AI grew out of solving real workflow challenges inside Pro Box, eventually leading her to form her company, TimeBak.AI, to help others get their time back too.

Clara is also an entrepreneur, licensed Realtor, mother to a six-year-old daughter, and singer-songwriter, with every spare moment going to music and family. Much of her focus on getting time back comes from creating faster workflows for the busy work so she can make more room for the creative work that can’t be rushed, the daughter who is growing up too fast, and the people who matter most — while continuing to support the father who has spent a lifetime supporting her. She likes to joke that, at heart, she’s a singer who sells containers to pay for studio time.

Clara McVille will demonstrate real tools and systems already being used inside Pro Box, including smarter inbox management, an AI meeting recorder and a workflow visibility dashboard that helps keep projects moving and surfaces what needs attention next.

Attendees won’t just watch—they’ll leave with at least one AI shortcut set up and ready to use immediately. Clara will also share a bonus 60-second productivity switch she uses personally that saves her about 15 hours a week. The goal is simple: let computers handle more of the repetitive work behind the scenes so people have more time for conversations, relationships, judgment calls and the work only humans can do.
