Shelby Blevins is a maritime professional specializing in Jones Act tanker operations at MJLF & Associates, with prior experience in international tanker operations. She earned her B.S. in Maritime Business Administration from Texas A&M University at Galveston, where she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Maritime Business and Logistics.

Shelby also serves as Director of the Junior Chapter for Women in Maritime Operations (WIMOs), helping connect maritime students and young professionals with the broader industry. As an early-career professional, she brings a next-generation perspective on career development, workplace culture, and what attracts and retains young talent in the maritime industry.
