How it works

Submit your application, highlighting your innovation, market readiness and relevance to the breakbulk and project cargo industry.

Step 2

Finalists Announced

Applications will be reviewed by the Breakbulk team, with the strongest startups selected and announced as Innovation Pitch finalists.

Step 3

Submit Your Pitch Materials

Finalists submit their presentation deck ahead of the competition, ready to pitch live at Breakbulk Americas.

Step 4

Pitch Live on Stage

Take to the stage at Breakbulk Americas and present your innovation to an expert judging panel and an audience from across the breakbulk and project cargo industry.

Who can get involved?

To apply, companies must have a proven, market-ready solution relevant to the breakbulk, project cargo or wider port and maritime sector.

Applicants should demonstrate early traction, such as pilots, clients or funding, and typically be 3 to 7 years old, with clear potential to scale across the industry.
