Sindhu Dasan is a Project Manager – Logistics and Chartered Naval Architect (CEng, FRINA) with over 25 years of experience leading complex, multi-billion-dollar EPC marine and logistics operations across the UAE, Thailand, Russia, and India. She currently serves as the Joint Venture Logistic Manager for the Hail & Ghasha EPC1 Project in Abu Dhabi, overseeing logistics strategies, compliance, and transport for ADNOC Offshore. Over her career, she has directed logistics budgets of up to $600M, successfully managed the movement of over 800 heavy-lift modules globally for high-profile projects with ADNOC, Thai Oil, and Sakhalin Energy, and led Marine Warranty Surveyor teams. Dasan holds a B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Ship Building from Cochin University of Science & Technology and brings extensive leadership expertise in navigating male-dominated technical fields, specialized cargo transport, and international project execution.
