Distribution Coordinator – MTBV Ethane Enterprise Products Partners L.P.

Citlalli R. Martinez Garcia, is the Ethane Distribution Coordinator for Enterprise Products Partners L.P.. In 2023, she was promoted to the Mont Belvieu Distribution team to oversee the pipeline and storage movements of ethane from the Enterprise Mont Belvieu facility. Prior to her promotion, she conducted the export scheduling of NGL and LPG tanker vessels from Enterprise’s Houston Ship Channel and Morgan's Point terminals.

She commenced her professional career at West Gulf Maritime Association, (WGMA) as the Maritime Affairs Representative for the maritime trade association. During her tenure at WGMA she built an extensive network in the marine industry in part due to her participation in the Lone Star Harbor Safety Committee for 5 consecutive years, leading the YoungShip Texas Chapter during covid and holding executive roles in numerous industry committees impacting daily marine traffic in the Houston Ship channel and Gulf ports from Brownsville,TX to Lake Charles, LA.

Citlalli obtained her Masters degree in Maritime Business Administration and Logistics from Texas A&M University in May of 2022 and holds a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain and Logistics from the University of Houston. Citlalli was raised in the East End of Houston and attended the Chinquapin Preparatory school.

Currently, she resides in Deer Park, TX and continues to give back to her community through philanthropic volunteering and fundraising for organizations such as; The Houston Maritime Center and Museum, SER Jobs, the East End Chamber of Commerce mentorship program and in other community education and maritime advocacy organizations in the Houston area
