Sri Vaidyanathan is the Global Process Owner for Supply Chain (Lubricants - Shell). She has extensive global experience in supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and procurement.
 
Currently she leads the supply chain processes, delivering transformative data driven and digital approaches for a resilient and efficient supply chain that underpins the Lubricants Business. 
She is passionate believer that decision making is at the heart of leadership and currently serves as the president of the Houston chapter of the Society of Decision Professionals. A lifelong learner, Sri is pursuing her Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Houston.
