We understand it takes a lot to co-ordinate your booth, for this reason that we’ve created this Exhibitor Manual; a one-stop-guide containing all the vital information you need to exhibit at the show. A little time spent now coordinating your participation will save you last minute inconvenience and unnecessary expense.

FAQs
All sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your pass to a colleague, if it has not been printed or used on-site. Please email [email protected] including the details of the original pass holder and the individual to whom you wish to transfer the pass.
Refunds on attendee passes will only be issued in the event government travel restrictions between a registrant's location and the venue are in force.
Breakbulk Americas is for trade and business professionals related to the industry only. The general public and persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry. Badges are non-transferable onsite, and visitors found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into Breakbulk Americas or future Breakbulk events.
Please note that all on-site badge reprints are subject to a $25.00 Euro fee per show management.
