Welcome to Breakbulk Americas 2025! We’re delighted that you will be exhibiting with us at Breakbulk Americas 2025 from September 30 to October 2 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.

Breakbulk Americas brings industry professionals together from across the supply chain and at the heart of our community are the decision-makers; EPCs, manufacturers, logistics and procurement executives.

We understand it takes a lot to co-ordinate your booth, for this reason that we’ve created this Exhibitor Manual; a one-stop-guide containing all the vital information you need to exhibit at the show. A little time spent now coordinating your participation will save you last minute inconvenience and unnecessary expense.

We can’t wait to see you in Houston as we celebrate our 35th edition!

FAQs

Breakbulk Americas is exclusively for trade and business professionals in the industry. Entry is permitted only with a valid, paid badge registered in the attendee’s name. The general public will not be admitted.
  • All sales are final, tickets purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Badges are non-transferable onsite and cannot be shared. Attendees found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into Breakbulk Americas or future Breakbulk events, and purchased tickets will be cancelled with no refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued in the event government travel restrictions between a registrant's location and the venue are in force.
  • Valid Government issued photo ID (Passport, Drivers Licence, National ID Card) is required for badge collection and entry.
Lost or Damaged Badges
  • Reprints are not allowed.
  • If a badge is damaged please return it to registration support for replacement.
  • Lost badges may be be replaced subject to a $25.00 fee per show management, a signed declaration and valid photo identification will be required. The original badge will no longer be valid.
Age Restiction
  • Children and persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry.
