• Lorena is originally from Managua, Nicaragua. She studied in Guadalajara, Mexico, for two years and traveled all over Mexico, embracing the scenery and culture.

• Lorena met her husband in Mexico who is from Puerto Rico. Once married, Lorena and her husband moved to Florida where they started their family.

• A few years later, they moved to Puerto Rico where Lorena spent over 10 years working in freight forwarding, mainly with pharmaceuticals and some oversized cargo.

• In 2014, Lorena and her family moved to Houston where she dove deep into oil and gas, renewables, and industrial accounts as a branch manager. She has lived in Houston ever since.

• Lorena joined Fluence in January 2022 as logistics operations manager for the Americas.

• Lorena and her team have managed and successfully delivered thousands of energy storage batteries and components to sites in the U.S. mainland, Canada and Chile.
