Ben is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience; 18 years within the transportation industry. 
 
BNSF Work History
Ben began his BNSF career in 2007 as a Terminal Trainmaster serving in Operations until 2012 before being promoted into the Sales and Marketing department. He held a variety of leadership roles with increasing responsibility within the Marketing and Sales teams at BNSF prior to his promotion to General Director Expedited Intermodal in 2022 and General Director Industrial Products in 2023.

In 2024, BNSF named him President and CEO of BNSF Logistics, capitalizing upon his proven abilities to lead organizations toward innovative and strategic solutions that result in sustainable growth.
