Janet Rojas Galati serves as Vice President of Energy Sector Growth at the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership, where she leads regional strategy to attract employment and investment across energy sectors—including oil, gas, hydrogen, ammonia, solar, wind, biofuels, and nuclear. She collaborates with public and private stakeholders to cultivate industry leads, support development projects, and align growth with policy frameworks. Furthermore, Janet represents The Partnership on major initiatives such as Louisiana Future Energy and NSF Future Use of Energy in Louisiana, leading the Capital Region Energy+ Alliance to position Louisiana at the forefront of innovation.
Previously, as Director of Industry Recruitment for the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission, she managed business attraction for targeted sectors. She brings over 12 years of economic development experience with expertise in site selection, regulatory assistance, grant management, and incentives.
Janet holds a master’s degree in public administration and was a 2022 Biz New Orleans Women to Watch. She serves on the CREDA Gulf Coast Chapter board as Treasurer, acts as an Industry Advisory member for the Society for Low Carbon Technologies, and advises the St. Tammany Parish Economic Development Corporation.
