Executive Vice President, Commercial & Growth US Ocean L.L.C.

Will Terrill is currently the Executive Vice President, Commercial & Growth, of US Ocean, LLC. Mr. Terrill started with Intermarine in 2006, where US Ocean was a division of the company, operating US Flag multi-purpose and heavylift vessels in the international trade.

Starting in 2018, Mr. Terrill served as President and CEO of US Ocean and its parent company following its separation from Intermarine until the sale of US Ocean to Seacor Holdings in 2021. During Mr. Terrill’s tenure running US Ocean’s multipurpose and heavylift business, a substantial investment has been made in the expansion and modernization of the Company’s U.S. flag fleet.

US Ocean currently maintains a fleet of five modern, shallow draft US Flag multipurpose vessels, with lifting capacities up to 900MT and four US Flag PCTC vessels, with ramp capacity of up to 150 MT.
Mr. Terrill is a graduate of Gettysburg College (BA, History – 1993), University of Maine School of Law (JD, 1997) and Tulane School of Law (LLM – Maritime Law, 1998). He is based in Houston, Texas.
