Phillip Brown works for Bechtel and the BGL team, bringing his 17 years of experience in the maritime and logistics industry that includes working on both the EPC contractor and ocean carrier sides of the business.

In his experience, Phillip has engaged and overseen chartering and chartering operations for marine transportation, heavy OTR (over-the-road) transport, and other material movements for major global capital projects that includes extensive work in North America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe regions.
