Payne Fischer is a senior project logistics executive with 20 years of experience leading complex logistics solutions for major capital projects across North America and international markets. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Project Logistics for Geodis; where he provides strategic and operation leadership for Project Logistics. 

Throughout his career, Payne has held leadership roles spanning project operations, commercial strategy, bids & pricing, business development, and organizational management. His experience includes supporting large-scale projects across the energy, power, industrial, and infrastructure sectors with expertise in heavy transport, oversized and project cargo, and complex supply chains. Known for bridging commercial strategy with operational excellence to support company and customer objectives, Payne brings a practical industry perspective on project delivery and expectations.
