Manuel Parra is a Maritime and Supply Chain professional with extensive experience in the inland barge sector, specializing in transportation, procurement, and commercial operations. He spent three years with Campbell Transportation Company, gaining hands-on experience in the inland marine industry and developing a strong understanding of barge transportation and the operational dynamics of the sector. Manuel also serves on the Board of YoungShip Texas as Sponsorship Co-Chair.

Building on his experience across maritime and supply chain operations, Manuel recently Co-founded PMA NRG, where he currently serves as General Manager. In this role, he leads the company’s operations and commercial activities, with a focus on developing strategic relationships and delivering solutions across the energy and maritime sectors.
