Commercial Manager (Shipping) GAC North America

Jessica Di Giulio is the Commercial Manager (Shipping) at GAC North America. Her focus is maintaining client relationships and developing and building new relationships with principals, port partners, and vessel owners, operators, and their crew. Working in a small port gave her the versatility to understand how to meet client needs with limited resource availability, and she continues to expand her knowledge in the LPG, LNG and tanker markets, project cargo, break bulk, and bulk cargos throughout the US.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jessica has expanded agency port offices, solidified contracts, and led teams managing large volumes of port calls. Much of her work in the past three years has specialized in offshore wind, partnering with developers, OEMs, and vessel owners and operators to host community meetings to keep commerce flowing smoothly and prevent delays in the construction offshore.

She also helped form the Southern MA & RI Harbor Safety Committee in conjunction with 15 other port partners.
