Operations and Chartering Specialist DHL Global Forwarding

Jaeda graduated from Texas State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Business Administration. In January 2024, she joined the NextGen IP Program, gaining international experience across multiple functions and locations, including Chartering in Singapore, Tendering and HSE in Dubai, and Chartering Operations in Germany, China and Indonesia. After completing the program in January 2026, she transitioned into her full-time role as a Chartering and Operations Specialist, where she now works in Chartering (Post-Fixture) Operations. Jaeda is looking forward to sharing her experiences of navigating a global rotational program and transitioning into a full-time operations role.
