Jacob graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Business Administration. During his time at Texas A&M, he completed internships with Callan Marine, F.H. Bertling Logistics, and BBC Chartering, where he gained hands-on experience and exposure to the maritime and project logistics industry.
Following his internship with BBC Chartering, Jacob joined the company’s trainee program, where he gained experience in both the commercial and operational side of the multipurpose and heavy-lift shipping business. After completing the trainee program, he joined the chartering desk and now works as a Chartering Broker in BBC Chartering’s Houston office, helping customers around the world develop transportation solutions for complex project cargo shipments.
