Talent Gap and Future of Work

The breakbulk industry continues to suffer from a growing talent gap, which was exaggerated by the challenges of the recent pandemic. It is cited by many across the industry as being one of the biggest challenges they are facing, so it is key to understand why it exists, and what we can do to overcome it. This panel will bring together both new recruits and industry veterans who will discuss their thoughts on this topic, from new ways of working to salary expectations, hopefully we find the key to ensuring the best talent joins the industry for it to continue reaching its potential in the future.
