Eraklia Cortes is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics at San Jacinto College while working at Third Coast as a Raw Material Coordinator and Blend Scheduler. As both a student and an early-career professional, she experiences the industry from two perspectives—learning the fundamentals in the classroom while applying them in a real operational environment. Eraklia brings a next-generation perspective to the conversation, sharing what matters to young professionals as they grow, learn and build their careers in the industry.
