Andre Ibuaka is a Bunker Trader at KPI OceanConnect and a graduate of Penn State University, where he studied Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering and Energy Business & Finance. He is also the President and Founder of YoungShip NYC, an organization focused on connecting and developing young professionals across the maritime and energy industries. Based in the New York City metropolitan area, Andre is passionate about global energy markets, shipping, and the evolving energy transition. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, watching films, and supporting New York sports teams, especially the Knicks.
