Talent Gap: Job Seeker Survey

We’re surveying to find out how recent graduates or those who have just a few years on the job find jobs, weigh job offers and what makes them stay. At the same time, we’ll be surveying employers in the maritime, logistics and project cargo industries to find out how they recruit, what they offer and what they do to keep new employees happy.
