Dear Runners and Business Friends,

Together with our sponsors UHL and ITJ International Transport Journal we invite you to participate at the 55th BUSINESSrun during Breakbulk Americas in Houston.

This is an opportunity to participate in a unique event that combines running, networking, and giving back to the community under the motto 'Running for a Cause, Connecting for Success'. The run is open to everyone, regardless of your running experience, and offers a 5K and 10K route through the beautiful city of Houston!

The run will take place on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, starting promptly at 7:30 am.

We ask that you arrive at 7:00 am to collect your running shirt made of OceanWaste plastics and participate in some pre-networking, followed by some warm-up exercises led by our professional running coach. After completing the run, we'll return to the starting point, where you'll have ample opportunity to network with co-runners and sponsors while enjoying refreshments.

The meeting and ending point is in front of the George Brown Convention Center, Breakbulk America Entrance at 7:15am (underneath the Breakbulk Americas logo, in front of the building).

The participation fee is  $50.00 which is donated entirely to local charity, Houston Loves Teachers. Houston Loves Teachers is a citywide initiative addressing the critical teacher shortage by attracting new educators and supporting the dedication of current teachers who shape future generations in Houston.

How to sign up for the BUSINESSrun if you are already registered for Breakbulk Americas 2023:

1. Go to the registration page
2. Click Access My Registration button 
3. Sign in with the email you used to register and your badge number which you’ll find on your confirmation email 
4. You'll see a list of your current items. Click the blue upgrade button and make your selections.
