We are a hands-on logistics provider that handles all the details, all the way through for you. We understand how to navigate through the multitude of design complexities and regulations that each unique project requires. We offer our services to organizations with the intent of providing a central point of contact for all aspects of moving and installing heavy, critical or over-dimensional loads. Our experience allows our team to provide the most cost-effective solutions for over-dimensional transport including loading, securing, offloading, transportation and rigging. Our methods of transport are barge, rail or over the road with also having the capability to offer storage at our three secured and monitored storage facilities in Laredo, Pearland and San Antonio, Texas which is rail served. We own (2) 20-axle Schnabel railcars, a 12-axle FD railcar and are now introducing our newest railcar a 16-axle FD railcar placed in service February 2024 to serve a variety of large assets the energy and manufacturing sector requires.
With our sister firm MARS transformers, HLIRR can offer a one stop shop that provides factory to pad services with the ability to transition into the field service phase with little to no delay. MARS is the solution for installation, disassembly, testing, maintenance and relocation of large power transformers. Keeping those power asset projects on schedule and back on line for the project timeline.
HLI Rail & Rigging, LLC has also launched in late 2022 its Climate Strategy Program, which will consist of its first annual Greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory in accordance with Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Standard; Supplier GHG Assessment; and Climate Strategy Action Plan. HLI has completed its inaugural (GHG) inventory and has published the Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report on its website www.hli.us.com. HLI currently is conducting the next phase of the plan to engage our suppliers and clients to identify opportunities to collectively reduce GHG emissions throughout our supply chain and work together to drive toward low-carbon logistics.
