From initial project quotes through effective communication and scheduling, to ensuring safe cargo handling at the destination port – this session will cover responsibility assignments, required decision points, and necessary advance preparations, including appropriate equipment and necessary training for both management and labor. Relevant examples of documentation and applicable regulations will also be provided.
