deugro (Canada) Inc. has opened a new office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, as part of ongoing expansion plans.

The Calgary office will be led by Baris Sever, Head of Projects, with the focus to serve clients within the oil and gas, power, mining and infrastructure industries. The office opened at the beginning of June and is the second location in Canada, after the main branch opened in Toronto, Ontario in 2014.
“We have seen consistent growth over the past years and foresee opportunities to enhance our services forlarge-scale projects in this region, especially in the mining sector,” explains Kelly Merath, Country Manager Canada. “Recognizing this, we made the decision to expand deugro (Canada) Inc. with the strategic office in Calgary. Thanks to our dedicated project team based in the region, we are now closer to our clients inWestern Canada.”
After the deugro group’s recent hire of Ivan Souza as Corporate Vice President – Sales & Business Development, the company continues to expand its portfolio for the mining industry vertical. The office opening in Calgary is part of the expansion strategy.
