After completing your registration, it can take up to one hour for your details to sync. Please wait one hour before attempting to log in.
Log in and enable push notifications to make sure you don’t miss important updates or exhibitor promotions and discounts.
Yes, iCal, Google, Outlook and Yahoo are supported.
If you are a new visitor, log in with the same email address you registered with, and the password is sent to you in an email from [email protected]. Previous visitors can log in with the same email and password used previously or by selecting ‘forgot password’.

The official app is your digital pocket guide to everything you need to know about Breakbulk Americas.
Ensure that you’re registered to Breakbulk Americas 2025 and update the app and device software. Reach out to [email protected] if the problem persists.
The app is available for download on the Apple Store and Google Play.
There will be an 'Edit your Profile' button on the homepage of the app, this will take you to a form of information that you can update, including adding a profile picture if not already done so. Should you have any issues editing your profile please contact [email protected].
To maintain the quality of networking and ensure meaningful engagements, Breakbulk limits the number of pending meeting requests that can be sent via the app:

Shippers: Up to 30

Exhibitor representatives: Up to 30

General attendees: Up to 10
These limits are in place to:

Prevent mass spamming of attendees

Encourage targeted and thoughtful outreach

Improve response rates and attendee satisfaction
Once pending meetings are either accepted or cancelled, new requests can be made. We also encourage all users to:

Use the chat tool to follow up with contacts

Cancel unresponsive pending requests after a few days

Take advantage of on-site networking opportunities, which remain a core part of the Breakbulk experience
Yes, meetings will sync to your calendar, and any changes to meetings or sessions will automatically appear. For instance, if a meeting status changes or a sponsor is added to a session, the update will be reflected in your calendar. However, please note that the time it takes for these changes to appear may vary depending on the calendar you're using.
