Dixie Cullen is an industrial warehouse specializing in heavy lift of up to 200 tons. We offer a variety of services including industrial storage, including standard, climate control and outdoor, transloading, export packing, project cargo, inventory management and much more. 1.2 million square feet of indoor space spread across 6 locations within a few miles of each other, with about 1/3 in climate control. We proudly offer FTZ services at several of our locations, all within a few miles of the Port of Houston.
