Trans United

Trans-United, Inc. was started in 1964 by a group out of Texas. In 1978, the operating authority and contracts were purchased by Charles and Ami Fleming out of the Chicagoland area. Charles and Ami built upon their transportation experience, transporting steel and other commodities. Today, the president of Trans-United, Inc. is son of Chuck and Ami Fleming.

Today, Trans-United serves all of North America from its headquarters in Burns Harbor, IN. Alongside the corporate office features a diesel mechanic shop, fabrication shop, and storage and transfer services that all support the core of the business, safely delivering North America.
