Forwarder Managed Inland Transport From Canada to US, Customs Bonds and Permits

Balena Projects has completed the transport of an oversized self-propelled unit from Canada to Brazil, overseeing the cargo from pickup at the shipper’s facility through to loading aboard a vessel at a U.S. port.
The project involved inland transportation from Canada into the U.S., along with the arrangement of customs bonds and oversized transport permits required for the cross-border move.
Ahead of shipment, Balena Projects conducted a site survey in line with customer requirements. A surveyor inspected the cargo condition, storage environment and loading operations during pickup to ensure compliance and safe handling throughout the operation.
“The entire movement was carefully planned and executed by Balena Projects, with close coordination across inland transport, port operations and vessel handling,” the company said in a statement. “Every stage was managed with precise attention to timing, documentation and operational requirements, ensuring the cargo was delivered safely, efficiently and under full control from origin to export loading.”
Balena Projects is headquartered in the Canadian province of Alberta. It also has offices in the U.S., Azerbaijan and the UAE.
Balena Projects will be exhibiting at Breakbulk Europe. Meet the team at Stand 2Q51.
