The size and scale of industrial projects has increased dramatically over the years. While managing project logistics has always been challenging, the exponential increase in project size, coupled with the highly volatile world we live in, has increased the levels of complexity and execution risk. More and more companies are therefore deploying technology, to help them better orchestrate the end-to-end logistics process, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
CEOs and CFOs however want to know what their ROI will be, before approving the budget. COOs and Project Directors want to know how it will benefit their projects and operations. Sustainability leaders are keen to know how it will support their scope 3 requirements. CIOs and CTOs want to understand how incoming technology will integrate with existing systems and the IT resources that will be needed for implementation.
Developing a solid business case that aligns the organization is therefore crucial. Come hear from experts on some of the industry best practices to build the business case you need to be successful.
