Stevens Towing Company, Inc. is a midsized freight transportation company based on Yonges Island, South Carolina just south of Charleston with a Mid-Atlantic operation based in Edenton, North Carolina. Stevens Towing was founded in 1913 and originally engaged in moving produce and passengers from local barrier island to the Charleston market. Today Stevens engages in Island, Coastwise, and Ocean Towing. We have very experienced operators and a complete fleet of Tugs, Barges, Cranes for all freight and construction operations. Stevens Towing regularly services the East, West, and Gulf Coasts of the US, including the Western Rivers, Great Lakes, and Caribbean as well as International Ports. In addition, we own and operate a full service shipyard on Yonges Island, SC.
